These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Credit Help Lab ("Company," "we," "us"). By using our platform, you agree to these Terms in full.
Credit Help Lab is a software platform and document-generation service. We provide:
Important: Credit Help Lab is not a credit repair organization. We do not perform credit repair services. We do not file disputes on your behalf. We do not contact credit bureaus for you. We do not mail documents for you. You are the actor. We are the technology.

Federal law (15 U.S.C. § 1679b) restricts the collection of advance fees for credit repair services. While our platform is not a credit repair service, we honor the spirit of this protection: we never collect fees for services before those services are performed. For the Complete Bundle tier, document generation occurs before payment is captured.
As a matter of good practice (and consistent with the spirit of 15 U.S.C. § 1679), you have the right to cancel any subscription within three business days of purchase for a full refund. Cancellation requests within this window should be sent to support@credithelplab.com.
You may cancel your Monthly Access subscription at any time, for any reason, without penalty. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to the platform through the paid period.
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes related to exercising your rights under federal consumer protection law. You agree NOT to:
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at support@credithelplab.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized account use resulting from your failure to safeguard credentials.
The platform, including its code, design, content, statute library, document templates, and methodology, is the proprietary intellectual property of Credit Help Lab and Full Time Pressure. You may use generated documents for your personal credit dispute purposes but may not redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the platform itself.
The platform and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
You use the platform at your own risk. We do not provide legal advice. No attorney-client relationship is created by your use of the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Credit Help Lab's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold Credit Help Lab, Full Time Pressure, and their officers, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claim arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will occur in Wayne County, Michigan. You waive the right to participate in class actions against us.
Exception: Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to prevent intellectual property infringement or unauthorized disclosure of confidential information.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Federal law (FCRA, CROA, GLBA, CCPA) applies where it preempts state law.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email and posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
